Abstract
Obj ective:To know about the status quo of career success of head nurses and its influencing factors,so as to provide reference and ev-idences for education and management of career success of nurses.Meth-ods:A total of 88 head nurses were evaluated with objective and subjec-tive career success questionnaire,occupation development status ques-tionnaire,pre occupation and post occupation questionnaire and self designed general information questionnaire.Results:The score of occupa-tion career success conditions was (37.450±5.272),and scoring rate was 68.10%;career development,teamwork after the job experience and or-ganizational policy had great influence on career success;in pre voca-tional education,profession selection affected the career success subj ec-tively,and obtain of scholarships and serving as student leaders affect-edthe career success obj ectively.Conclusion:Career success status of head nurses is in the middle and upper level,and its influencing factors include many aspects.The influencing factors should be pay attention to and to carry out relevant education and training for them,in order to pro-mote the development of nursing.关键词
