广东省医院手术室骨科植入物取出后去向的调查研究

Abstract
Objective:Toknowaboutthedispositionoforthopaedicimplants after removal and probe into the way of disposition and management of the removed implants,so as to guarantee the legal interests of both the doctors and the patients.Methods:Anonymous questionnaires were distributed to the operating rooms (OR)in 52 hospitals in Guangdong province,and then to count the disposition of the removed implants in every hospital.Results:38%of the removed implants were put into the sharp container;1 8% of them were cast into the medical waste trash;1 8% of them were stored in the oper-ation room;1 2% of them were taken away by the surgeons;6% of them were stored in the equipment department;and 8% of them were given to the pa-tients or their family by initiative.There was no statistically significant difference in disposition of removed orthopaedic implants between grade two and grade-three hospitals(P>0.05).Conclusion:The disposition of the removed orthopaedic implants requires further regulation and legislation,and the strict supervision should be implemented.关键词
