聚焦解决模式在2型糖尿病病人自我管理中的应用
Appl ication of focus solving model in self management of patients with type 2 diabetes
摘要
Abstract
Obej ctive:To probe into the effectiveness of focus solving model of education on improving self management skills and obj ec-tive indicators of patients.Methods:The 120 cases of type 2 diabetes patients in clinic were randomly divided into two groups,the patients in control group received routine care and patients in observation group received focusing solving model of health education.Results:After intervention,in addition to medication management in interven-tion and control groups,the diet management,sports management, blood glucose monitoring and foot care were higher than that in con-trol group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Focus solving model of health edu-cation can improve self management skills of type 2 diabetes.关键词
