Status quo of social support of the aged in pension institutions and its influencing factors
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To know about the status quo of social support in pension institutions in Urumuqi city and its influencing factors. Methods:From September in 2013 to March in 2014, the questionnaire was used for a cross sectional survey of 12 pension institutions in Urumqi city.And the questionnaire included general information and so-cial support scale. Results:The average score of social support was 30.55±6.65 and it showed in a lower middle level.Univariate and multivari-ate analysis showed that the nature of pension institutions,educational level, marital status, once engaged in occupation, check in time, way of living and income had a significant impact on the social support score (P<0.05). Conclusion:Social support of the aged in pension in-stitutions is in a poor condition and it needs a joint effort from the whole society.关键词
