Reasonable proportion of nursing human resources based on practical nursing workload
摘要
Abstract
Obj ective:Through the determination of nursing time for in pa-tients,to determine the average daily nursing workload in ward,to provide some basis for the reasonable allocation of nursing human resources.Meth-od:By using the self designed nursing time meter,choosing 25 wards in Xianning Central Hospital as the scene of the investigation.By taking the method of observation and recording,the nursing time of 83 direct nursing items and 30 indirect nursing items which were ensured by research group. Then to calculate the nursing workload and nursing staff preparation in each ward.Results:The direct nursing time accounted for 6 5 .1 8% of the total time of nursing.There are different degrees of shortage phenomenon in 80.00% wards.The total time of daily nursing is 4 973.99 minutes(82.80 h),and the suitable bed/nurse ratio is 1∶0.54.Conclusion:In order to determine the suitable nursing human resources,nursing workload should be determined.关键词
