菜单式健康教育对精神分裂症病人自知力及药物依从性的影响
Influence of menu health education on insight and drug compliance of schizophrenia patients
摘要
Abstract
Obj ective:To probe into the influence of menu health education on insight and drug compliance of schizophrenia patients.Methods:Totally 50 cases with schizophrenia were randomly selected from a town accepted free medication as intervention group.They were given monthly health ed-ucation in forms of group counseling,individual counseling,and self study based on the assessment results by community physicians for mental ill-ness prevention and treatment and patient’s wills.Then the awareness rate of them was assessed by psychiatric nurses.And 50 cases of schizophrenia from the other towns were randomly selected as control group.They were given general education by community doctors for mental diseases.And free medication counseling was provided by outpatient clinic doctors.All cases were assessed before intervention,3 months and 6 months after in-tervention respectively by insight and treatment attitude questionnaire (ITAQ)and drug compliance assessment questionnaire.And outcomes of ITAQ and drug compliance between the two groups were compared.Re-sults:After 6 months,there were statistical significant differences in terms of ITAQ score,medication persistence,time and the amount of medication between the two group cases(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Menu health edu-cation could help to improve insight and medication compliance of schizo-phrenia patients.关键词
