摘要

Abstract

Objective:To construct the evaluation system of nursing clini-cal teaching quality preliminily.Methods:The literature review and depth interview methods were used to form the prototype of clinical teaching quality evaluation for nursing students,and to select 18 nursing experts in the province for Delphi expert consultation.SPSS17.0 was used for data processing,Yaahp 0.5.2 software was applied for level analysis to deter-mine the index weight,and Cronbach’s alpha was used for measurement of reliability.Results:Delphi expert consultation’s results:Expert au-thority coefficient of 0.894,the variation coefficient of 0.028,Kendall W coordination coefficient of 0.222(P <0.01);AHP results showed that the primary index weight coefficient inscale was 0.294 9,0.265 2,0.212 1 and 0.227 8,The total scale of internal consistency coefficient Cronbach’s αwas 0.910.Conclusion:The clinical nursing teaching quality assessment scale was constructed containing 4 one level indicators and 25 secondary indicators,the evaluation indexes of clinical nursing teaching have been quantified and the evaluation system of clinical teaching quality has been improved.
