摘要
Abstract
Obj ective:To probe into the application effect of team based scenarios simulation in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR ) training. Methods:54 nurses in the emergency department in affiliated first hospi-tal of Nanj ing Medical University were divided into A,B,C three levels according to level and specialist skills.One nurse in every level and a doc-tor a total of four people consisted of a rescue group,according to the group to carry out the CPR training.Before and after the rescue team be-gan CPR training to establish intravenous access,the establishment of ar-tificial airway,the first defibrillation and resuscitation drugs for the first time to enter the time,as well as nurses,doctors and other rescue satis-faction with changes.Results:After the training,the time of establish-ment of intravenous access,the time o establishment of artificial airway, the first drug to enter the recovery time were significantly shortened(P<0.05 ),and satisfaction of doctors to nurse increased.Conclusion:The team based scenarios simulated CPR training can improve the efficiency of rescue and worthy of promotion.关键词
