Abstract
From the aspects of meaning,scope of application,working mode and quality control of continuity of care,it analyzed the research status quo of continuity of care at home and abroad.It proposed that the perfect quality monitoring system of continuity of care should be established in China,and then to improve the service capacity of existing continuity of care team and attain China’s health policy and financial support.关键词
