多元文化护理问题管理模式的构建研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To establish a scientific,objective and comprehensive nursing problems management mode. Methods:Under Leininger transcultural nursing and problem management concepts guidance,the document re-trieval method,qualitative research,questionnaire,Delphi (Delphi)expert consultation were applied to establish related entries of a transcultural nursing problems management mode.Results:The transcultural nu rsing prob-lem management mode was constructed containing the overall goal,six Ⅰ entry level mission,organizational structure,specification and implementation procedures,quality control and early warning,including training pro-grams,19 grade Ⅱ Ⅲ level entries and 40 Ⅲ grade entries.Conclusion:The establishment of multicultural nurs-ing problems scientific management mode is scientific,it covered comprehensive care and has enhanced the meaning of humanistic management for clinical care,and provide a scientific basis for multi cultural nursing problems management.关键词
