永久性肠造口病人病耻感状况调查
Survey of status of stigma stigmatization of permanent colostomy patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate stigma status and coping style of permanent colostomy patients,so as to probe into the reasonable and effective nursing measures.Methods:A tatol of 230 cases of colostomy patients were investigated by using the social impact scale and medical coping scale and convenient sampling method.Re-sults:Stigma score of patients with permanent colostomy was (56.07±12.57),in the middle level,and they ten-ded to adopt avoidance coping style;the facing style score was negatively correlated with stigma (P<0.05),the yield style score was positively correlated with stigma (P<0.05).Conclusion:Nurse specialists should pay at-tention to the stigma status existing in the process of return to society of permanent colostomy patients,so as to carry out the pertinent nursing intervention,encourage patients’actively facing,reduce the influence of stigma on patients’body and mind health and promote them regression and integrate into society.关键词
