Abstract
Objective:To investigate the experts’opinion on the clinical practice competencies and curriculum setup for cardiovascular disease specialist nurses,so as to provide scientific evidences for training cardiovascular disease specialist nursing personnel.Methods:The Delphi technique was used to run an investigation for 42 nurs-ing experts in cardiovascular disease,so as to determine the ability of cardiovascular disease specialist nurses in clinical practice and curriculum system.Results:1 1 clinical practice competencies and 1 7 courses for cardiovascu-lar disease specialist nurses were dientified.Conclusion:The clinical practice competencies and curriculum for cardiovascular disease specialist nurse were reliable and valid,which can provide guidance and reference for the training of cardiovascular disease specialist nurse.关键词
