社区脑卒中病人生活质量、自理能力及自尊、自我效能的关系研究
Study on relationship among quality of life,self care ability and self esteem and self efficacy of community stroke patients

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the general situation of quality of life of stroke patients in a community in Hangzhou city,and to analyze the influence of self ability,self esteem and self efficacy on the quality of life of strolce patients.Methods:A total of 130 cases of stroke patients in 18 communities subordinated in Qingbo Wangj iang street and Tianshui Wulin street by using general situation questionnaire,the quality of life evalua-tion scale,self care ability determination scale,general self efficacy scale and self esteem questionnaire.Re-sults:The quality of life and self esteem of community stroke patients were higher.Self care ability and self efficacy were lower.Self esteem,self efficacy and self care ability were positively related to quality of life score.However,self efficacy can explain 32% of the stroke patient’s quality of life.To plus the self esteem, together accounted for 34% of the quality of life.Self efficacy is an effective predictive variable of stroke pa-tients.Conclusion:From improving self efficacy to enhance their self esteem indirectly,to strengthen health education of knowledge and skills,can effectively improve the community stroke patients’quality of life.关键词
