住院癌症病人家庭主要照顾者压力负荷与抑郁的关联研究
Study on relationship between pressure load and depressi on of primary family caregivers of inpatients with cancer

Abstract
Objective:To know about the condition of depression and pressure load of the primary family care-givers(PFCs)of patients with cancer,so as to probe into the relationship between them.Methods:The PFCs of 502 cancer patients were evaluated by using CES D(Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale)and CRA(Caregiver Reaction Assessment Scales)on their depression emotional state and load.Results:The detection rate of PFCs depression was 38.84%,which was significantly correlated with all dimensions of their care reac-tion,was negative correlated with self esteem,positive correlated with other dimensions.There was statistical significant difference in pressure load between depression group and non depression group.Conclusion:PFCs pressure overload is closely related with depression.Mutual influence.Self esteem dimension is a protective factor of depression.Medical personnel should strengthen the evaluation and training of PFCs care ability,so as to promote the positive experience of PFCs and to reduce the care reactions and relieve depression.关键词
