门诊循证护理对糖尿病足病人足部功能与生活质量的影响
Influence of outpatient evidence based nursing on foot function and quality of life of patients with diabetic foot

Abstract
Objective:To probe into influence of outpatient evidence based nursing on foot function and quality of life of patients with diabetic foot.Methods:A total of 120 diabetic foot patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group based on the random sampling principle 60 cases in each.Patients in control group were given the conventional treatment and care,and patients in treatment group were given positive out-patient evidence based nursing on the base of control group intervention for 2 weeks.Results:The effective rates were 98.3% and 86.7% respectively in treatment group and control group.The curative effect of treat-ment group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the value of fasting plasma glucose and postprandial blood glucose 2h were significantly lower than those before intervention in both groups(P<0.05).The dorsalis pedis artery,lower limb numbness and foot pain scores after intervention were significantly lower than that before intervention in both groups(P<0.05).And after intervention the dor-salis pedis artery,lower limb numbness and foot pain scores of treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After an investigation the physical functioning,role physical,bodily pain and general health scores of the treatment group were significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of outpatient evidence based nursing in diabetic foot intervention can effectively decrease blood sugar,improve foot function and quality of life of patients.It is contributes to the rehabilitation of patients.关键词
