全程功能锻炼对乳腺癌根治术后患侧上肢水肿的影响
Influence of full functional exercises on affected side of upper limb edema in patients after radical mastectomy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To probe into the influence of full functional exercises on affected side of upper limb edema in patients after radical mastectomy.Methods:A total of 180 patients accepted radical mastectomy were random-ly divided into control group and observation group 90 cases each.Patients in control group received routine nursing care.Patients in observation group watched a DVD CD on breast cancer postoperative functional exerci-ses before operation and practiced guided by nurses.And patients received series of functional exercises since a-wake up until discharged from hospital.The circumference of all parts of upper extremities(healthy and cured sides)of each patient was measured in both groups.And to compare edema degree of cured upper limb of pa-tients between the two groups.Results:The occurrence of affected side of upper limb edema of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Full functional exercises can effectively re-duce the incidence of affected side of upper limb edema in patients after radical mastectomy.关键词
