Abstract
It reviewed the research progress on nurses’work family conflict and job satisfaction,including relat-ed research tools,3 dimensions of work family conflict,the influence of bidirectional on nurse’s job satisfaction. And the interaction between work family conflict and job satisfaction were reviewed under the multicultural background and regulating factors.It aimed at leading nurses and nursing manager’;attention and looking for a new starting point.关键词
