脑卒中急性期中医护理方案的多中心临床研究
Multi center clinical study on TCM nursing programs of stroke patients during acute phase

Abstract
Objective:Through clinical verification of TCM nursing programs of stroke patients during the acute phase to determine the clinical curative effect of TCM nursing programs,so as to lay the foundations for the fur-ther optimization of TCM nursing programs.Methods:A total of 21 6 cases of stroke (cerebral infarction)pa-tients in acute period were selected,and the dialectical nursing was conducted according to the pre established TCM nursing programs,to carry out nursing and health guidance based on the symptoms.The evaluation was carried out on the clinical curative effect,patients’satisfaction and program practicality.Results:The total effec-tive rate of 21 6 patients achieved 87.0%.The satisfaction of patients on health guidance was 100.0%,91.2% of responsibility nurses thought that the practicality of the nursing program was better.Conclusion:The compre-hensive TCM treatment program in rehabilitation treatment of stroke patients (cerebral infarction)in acute phase can more effectively promote the patients’rehabilitation of various abilities and improve the patients’ quality of life.关键词
