摘要
Abstract
It introduced the working principle of high frequency oscillation ventilation from the aspects of lung protection mechanism and ventilation mechanism.It mainly reviewed the application of high frequency oscilla-tion ventilation in adult patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome.Lots of studies have shown that high frequency oscillatory ventilation can improve oxygen partial pressure and oxygenation of patient.However,the survival rate of patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome has not significantly improved.And there is no enough evidence to confirm the high frequency oscillation ventilation can reduce the pulmonary inflammation re-action of patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome.关键词
