Abstract
Objective:To analyze the life guality characteristics of patients with phase Ⅱ and Ⅲ esophageal carci-noma receiving adjuvant chemotherapy and to probe into the relationships between quality of life,anxiety,de-pression and coping styles.Methods:A total of 84 patients with phase Ⅱ and Ⅲ esophageal carcinoma undergo-ing adjuvant chemotherapy received questionnaire by using Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy General (FACT G),the Hospital Anxiety and Depression scale,Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire and general in-formation questionnaire.Then to analyze the relationship between quality of life,anxiety,depression and coping style of patients with phaseⅡ and Ⅲesophageal carcinoma undergoing adjuvant chemotherapy.Results:The to-tal score of quality of life of patients with phase Ⅱ and Ⅲ esophageal carcinoma undergoing adjuvant chemo-therapy was 65.95±13.76.There was a negative correlation between the quality of life and anxiety,depression. The quality of life was influenced by the coping style.Conclusion:The quality of life of patients with phaseⅡ andⅢ esophageal carcinoma undergoing adjuvant chemotherapy is influenced by anxiety,depression and the coping style.It can improve the patients’quality of life if we evaluate correctly and identify timely patients’anxiety and depression,and then guide them to take effective coping style such as coping and avoidance and so on.关键词
