Abstract
Objective:To probe into the level of coronary heart disease inpatients’psychological resilience and the relationship among psychological resilience,general self efficacy and coping style,so as to provide a basis for carrying out mental health education.Methods:A total of 213 inpatients with coronary heart disease who met the conditions were selected to receive questionnare by resilience scale,general self efficacy scale and medical coping modes questionnaire,and to analyse the correlation among psychological resilience,general self efficacy,and medical coping style.Results:The total score of psychological resilience of coronary heart disease inpatients was 63.35±12.33.The total score of general self efficacy in high sore of psychological resilience group was signifi-cantly higher than that of low sore of psychological resilience group(P <0.01).There was a positive correlation between the total score of psychological resilience and general self efficacy,medical coping style in virous di-mensions.Conclusion:The psychological resilience level of inpatients with coronary heart disease needs to be im-proved.Clinical workers should pay attention to improve patients’general self efficacy,to encourage patients to take appropriate coping style,aimed to improve their psychological resilience status and to promote comprehen-sive development of their physical and mental health.关键词
