三级甲等医院实习护生对护士条例认知程度的调查

Abstract
Objective:To understand the status quo of practical nursing students’awareness on new promulgated nurse byelaw in three grade A hospitals,aims to probe into the feasible measures that improve the nursing students’understanding of the byelaw,and make them maintain the patients’and their rights better in future clinical work,and undertake responsibility and obligation better.Methods:A total of 150 nursing students with different educational backgrounds in 5 three grade A hospitals received survey by self designed questionnaire. Results:The nursing students’cognitive level on nurse byelaw was low.The master level of undergraduate nurs-ing students was better than that of junior college and technical secondary nursing students.In which the nurs-ing students’had the least understanding on the relevant provisions of legal liability,but the grasp situation on general rules was relatively good.More than 50% of them believed that they lack of understanding of byelaw, but more than 95.3% of them thought it was or was very necessary to understand the relevant knowledge,86.0% of them believed that there was or was very necessary to open the relevant courses including nursesbyelaw.Conclu-sion:Nursing students should pay great attention to the learning of nurse byelaw,schools and various clinical practice bases should strengthen the education of nurse byelaw,and pay attention to the cultivation of legal teachers.Teachers can interspersed related knowledge during teaching,in order to spread the byelaw.关键词
