重症卒中病人早期肠内营养喂养不达标状况及其影响因素分析
Analysis of non compliance condition of early enteral nutrition feeding of severe stroke patients and its influencing factors

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influencing factors of compliance rate of early enteral nutrition feeding of severe stroke patients .Methods:A total of 182 cases of severe stroke patients were selected from 2013 January to 2014 June ,and they were divided into compliance group and non non compliance group ,through the Logistic a‐nalysis ,to probe into the main influencing factors of non compliance of early enteral nutrition .Results:There were 123 cases with non compliance of early feeding in 182 patients(67 .6% ) .There were statistically signifi‐cant difference in GCS score ,diarrhea ,vomiting or regurgitation ,gastric residual volume >100 mL and mechan‐ical ventilation between both groups(P<0 .05) .Logistic regression analysis results showed that patients with diarrhea ,vomiting ,stomach or regurgitation ,gastric residual volume >100 mL and mechanical ventilation had influence on non compliance condition of early enteral nutrition feeding .Conclusion:Diarrhea ,vomiting or re‐gurgitation ,gastric residual volume >100 mL and mechanical ventilation may be the influencing factors of non compliance of early enteral nutrition of severe stroke patients .关键词
