Survey of status quo of disaster response knowledge and skills of non medical college students in Xi’an City
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To understand the disaster preparedness and disaster response knowledge grasp of non medical college students in Xi’an city ,in order to provide references for carrying out disaster response education in non medical colleges .Methods:A total of 466 non medical college students from 5 comprehensive universi‐ties in Xi’an city were investigated by using general information questionnaire ,disaster preparedness and re‐sponse questionnaire .Results:T he disaster preparedness of non medical college students w as inadequate in Xi’ an city ;The pass rate of total test score of disaster response knowledge and skills was 46 .6% ,and there were statistically significant difference in test score of disaster knowledge and skills among non medical college students in different grades ,with different disaster experiences ,or with different education level of parents ,or from different students Ssource places(P<0 .05);there was no statistically significant difference in test score of disaster knowledge and skills among different genders ,different family monthly income of non medical students( P>0 .05) .Conclusion:It is necessary to carry out disaster response know ledge and skills education for non medical college students ,so as to enhance the students’ self help ability and mutual help ability ,improve the national health awareness ,reduce accident disability rate and fatality rate .关键词
