Abstract
Objective:To probe into the influence of authorized education on treatment compliance and quality of life of patients with rheumatoid arthritis .Methods:A total of 80 RA patients were randomly divided into two groups ,the paitients in control group used the traditional health education mode patients in intervention group received authorization education mode .Before and after the intervention ,the patients were surveyed by using homemade RA patients treatment compliance questionnaire ,SF 36 and Health Assessment Scale (HAQ) ,and then to compare the treatment compliance and quality of life and health status of patients between two groups . Results:There was no statistically significant difference in general information ,treatment compliance ,SF 36 score and HAQ score between two groups before intervention(P> 0 .05) ,there was statistically significant difference in treatment compliance ,SF 36 score ,HAQ score between two groups after intervention(P<0 .05) . Conclusion:The authorized education can improve the treatment compliance of patients with RA ,and then im‐prove the patients’ quality of life and health status .关键词
