Abstract
Objective:To analyze the difference of psychological status of nursing personnel in department of in-fectious disease and department of general internal medicine,and to probe into the correlation between psycho-logical status and life events of nursing personnel in department of infectious disease.Methods:The general in-formation questionnaire,Self reporting Inventory,SCL 90 and Life Event Scale,LES were used to conduct in-vestigation and comparative analysis of the psychological state of 120 nursing personnel in infectious department nursing staff and 120 nursing personnel in department of general internal medicine.Results:Total SCL 90 score and LES score of the nursing personnel in department of infectious diseases were higher than that in de-partment of general internal medicine (P<0.05),and the life events score was positive correlated with the SCL 90 score of nursing personnel in department of infectious diseases.Conclusion:The adverse psychological status of nursing personnel in department of infectious disease is prominent,and adverse life events are closely related to psychological status.The targeted improvement measures should be developed,so as to improve the psychologi-cal health status of nursing personnel in department of infectious diseases.关键词
