经口气管插管机械通气病人3种口腔护理方法的临床效果比较
Comparison of clinical efficacy of three kinds of oral care methods of mechanical ventilation patients with orotra-cheal intubation

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the clinical efficacy of three kinds of oral care methods of mechanical ventila-tion patients.Methods:A total of 1 18 mechanical ventilation patients with orotracheal intubation in ICU were randomly divided into the compound chlorhexidine group(38 cases),negative pressure suction toothbrush group (40 cases)and chlorhexidine suction toothbrush group(40 cases).Patients in compound chlorhexidine group re-ceived oral care with the compound chlorhexidine gargle cotton.Patients in negative pressure suction toothbrush group received oral care with the physiological saline flushing,brushing their teeth with the negative pressure toothbrush and negative pressure suction at the same time.And the patients in chlorhexidine suction toothbrush group received oral care with the compound chlorhexidine gargle flushing,brushing their teeth with the negative pressure toothbrush and having negative pressure suction at the same time.They all had oral care twice a day. All patients’oral condition were observed in 3 groups on the third days after intubation,and to compare pa-tients’clinical pulmonary infection score(CPIS)among 3 groups on the first and the third day after admission. Results:The incidence rate of patients’halitosis of the chlorhexidine suction toothbrush group was the lowest on the third days after intubation(P <0.05).Patients’clinical pulmonary infection score(CPIS)of the chlorhexi-dine suction toothbrush group was the lowest on the third day after admission(P <0.01).Patients’clinical pul-monary infection score(CPIS)on the third day was higher than that on the first day after admission in negative pressure suction toothbrush group (P <0.05).Conclusion:The mechanical ventilation patients with orotracheal intubation should have oral care with the compound chlorhexidine gargle flushing,brushing their teeth with the negative pressure toothbrush and having negative pressure suction at the same time,which can achieve good effect of oral hygiene and prevent lung infection.关键词
