肝癌病人主要家庭照顾者的负荷现状及其影响因素研究
Study on burden status quo of majer family caregiver of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma and its influencing factors

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the burden status quo on major family caregivers of patients with hepatic canc‐er and to discuss its influential factors .Methods:A total of 200 patients with hepatic cancer and their major fam‐ily caregivers were selected as study object .Using the general data questionnaire and caregiver burden inventory scale to cemplete investigation .Results:The total score of major family caregivers’ burden was 42 .77 ± 13 .65 . Multiple regression analysis showed that patients’ self care ability ,payment of medical expenses ,and the total of caring time ,the level of education and occupation status of caregivers were significant influence factors of the major family caregivers’ burden (P<0 .05) .Conclusions:The high burden level of major family caregivers of patients with hepatic cancer is common .we should take some measures to reduce the major family caregivers’ burden levels and enhance their quality of life .关键词
