糖尿病病人家庭照顾者照顾负担与生活质量的相关性研究
Study on correlation between care burden and life quality of diabetes patients’ family caregivers

Abstract
Objective:To know about the care burden and quality of life level of primary caregivers of patients with Type 2 diabetes ,and to discuss their the correlation between the care burden and life quality of them .Meth‐ods:Totally 100 patients with type 2 diabetes and their primary caregivers from endocrine department of a 3 grade hospital in Liling city were investigated with general information questionnaire ,the family burden scale of disease(FBS)and the Mos 36 item short form health survey(SF 36) .Results:Caregivers have care burden in different degree ,dimension scores from high to low as economic burden (0 .92 points) ,the burden of daily activ‐ities (0 .82 points) ,entertainment burden (0 .61 points) ,the psychological burden (0 .50 points) ,physical health burden (0 .31 points) ,family relationship burden (0 .29 points) .2 And family caregivers’ care burden of and type 2 diabetes patients were negative correlated with their quality of life (r= -0 .429 ,P<0 .01) .Conclusion:The primary family caregivers of type 2 diabetes have burden in different levels .And it influenced the life quali‐ty of caregivers .Medical staff should give effective symptom assessment and management .to improve the quali‐ty of life of primary family caregivers of type 2 diabetes .关键词
