脊髓损伤病人的情绪状况及其影响因素分析
Analysis of emotional state of patients with spinal cord inj ury and its influencing factors

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the emotional state of patients with spinal cord injury and its influencing fac-tors.Methods:A total of 82 cases of patients with spinal cord injury were surveyed by using simple POMS ques-tionnaire,and the results were analyzed.Results:The scores of 5 negative emotions of patients with spinal cord inj ury were more than 5 points,and the negative emotions ranked in the top 3 were depression depression,fa-tigue dull and confused chaos.There were more than 40% of patients whose negative emotion scores of fa-tigue dull and depression depression were more than 2 points,reached above average level;the average score of energy positive emotions in 73.2% of patients was less than 2 points,at the below average level.The higher the patients had nerve damage plane,the worse the mood was;the lower the patient’s education level was,the worse the mood was.Conclusion:The patients with spinal cord inj ury have emotional problems to a certain ex-tent,the negative emotions are influenced by inj ured nerve plane and education level of patients.关键词
