Survey of demands of comprehensive hospitals to male nurses
[目的]了解综合医院对男护士的认知、需求情况，为男护士的招生和培养提供依据。[方法]采用自制问卷对川东北5所综合医院的病人及家属、临床医护人员进行男护士认知、需求相关情况的调查，并对调查结果进行分析。[结果]临床医护人员、病人及家属对男护士的需求率高，医生和护士的需求率分别是81.0%和94.2%，病人和家属的需求率分别为61.0%和68.6%；医护人员及病人和家属的总知晓率为66.5%，其中医护人员高于病人及家属(P<0.01)；目标科室…查看全部>>
