Orem自理模式对妊娠期糖尿病病人分娩结局的影响
Influence of Orem self care model on birth outcomes of gestational diabetes mellitus patients

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the influence of Orem self care model on birth outcomes of gestational dia-betes mellitus patients.Methods:A total of 64 cases of gestational diabetes patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,32 cases in each;the patients in control group were given conventional nursing,and the patients in experimental group were given Orem self care model,then to compare the blood glucose level,pregnancy outcome and neonatal outcome after intervention between both groups.Results:The fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose of experimental group patients were significantly lower than that in control group,and there was statistically significant difference between both groups (P<0.05);the incidence of hypertension syndrome of pregnancy,cesarean section,premature rupture of membranes,prolonged labor,polyhydramnios in patients in experimental group were significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05);the incidence of neonatal malformation,preterm children,huge children,fetal distress and neonatal respir-atory distress syndrome incidence were significantly lower than that in control group,and there was statistically significant difference between both groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Orem self care model can effectively regulate blood glucose levels of gestational diabetes mellitus patients and improve the birth outcomes.关键词
