住院2型糖尿病病人自我管理与负性情绪现状及相关性研究
Study on status quo and correlation between self management and negative emotion of type 2 diabetes inpatients

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the status quo and correlation between self management level and negative emotion of type 2 diabetes inpatients.Methods:A total of 230 cases of inpatients with type 2 diabetes were se-lected as the research obj ects from a third grade A hospital in Chengdu city,and they were investigated with the type 2 diabetes self management behavior scale,self rating anxiety scale and self rating depression scale.Re-sults:The total score of self management in inpatients with type 2 diabetes was 83.25 ±20.71,the standard score was 63.87 which was at a moderate level;anxiety score was 48.64±11.04,95 patients with anxiety(41.3%);depression score was 50.42±11.33,93 patients with depression(40.4%);The anxiety level was negatively cor-related with the self management level (r=-0.188,P<0.01),and the depression level was negatively corre-lated with the self management level (r=-0.242,P<0.01).Conclusion:When the medical personnel made individual health education for the weak links of self management of diabetes patients,they should pay attention to evaluate the psychological state of the patients in order to reduce the impact of negative emotion on self man-agement.关键词
