综合护理干预对初发2型糖尿病病人心理及遵医行为的影响
Influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on psychology and compliance behaviors of newly diagnosed pa-tients with type 2 diabetes

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on psychology and com-pliance behaviors of newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:A total of 200 newly diagnosed pa-tients with type 2 diabetes who have been received and cured from February 2013 to February 2014 were ran-domly divided into two groups,100 cases each.Patients in observation group were given the comprehensive nursing.While patients in control group were given the conventional nursing.Patients’blood glucose level,SCL 90 score,compliance behaviors,master degree of health knowledge and satisfaction were compared between both groups before the intervention and 6 months after the intervention.Results:After the intervention,patients’ fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,SCL 90 score,master degree of health knowledge in both groups after the intervention were all significantly improved than that before the in-tervention.The degree of improvement in observation group was better than that in control group.And there was statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Patients’compliance behaviors and satisfaction rate in observa-tion group were significantly higher than that of control group.There was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the disease cognition level of newly di-agnosed patients with type 2 diabetes,alleviate their negative emotions,and strengthen their compliance behav-iors,so as to improve the treatment effect and their satisfaction.关键词
