社区健康教育对可摘义齿戴用老年人义齿护理知识及行为的影响
Influence of community health education on denture care knowledge and behavior of the elderly with removable den-ture

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the influence of community health education on denture care knowledge and behavior of the elderly with removable denture.Methods:With convenient sampling,a total of 49 elderly wearing removable denture were educated in a multiple way,such as giving lectures,showing pictures,model exampling, giving brochures and designed pasters,telephone follow up and so on from Fangzhuang Community and Hep-ingli Community,Beijing.Before and after health education,they were surveyed and evaluated with investigated questionnaire and the plaque index.Results:There was statistical significant difference in terms of scores of re-movable denture care knowledge.After intervention,the scores were from 13.08±3.14 to 23.49±1.47 (P<0.01). There were statistical significant differences in terms of that the behaviors scores of denture care were from 33.00± 5.94 to 23.69±5.81,the plaque index was from 3.49±1.08 to 2.59±0.91(P<0.01).Conclusion:The commu-nity health education can effectively improve the knowledge and behaviors of removable denture care,oral hy-giene status as well as in elderly wearing removable denture.关键词
