心理干预对维持性血液透析病人抑郁障碍的影响
Influence of psychological intervention on depression disorder of patients with maintenance hemodialysis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To probe into the influence of psychological intervention on depression disorder of patients accepting maintenance hemodialysis (MHD).Method:A total of 80 cases undergoing MHD in our hospital were selected and divided into intervention group and control group randomly 40 cases each.Patients in control group were adopted health education as routine.Patients in intervention group were carried out psychological interven-tion for 1 6 weeks based on the routine health education.Then scorings of self depression scale (SDS)and SCL 90 of the two groups cases were compared before and after the intervention.Results:After the intervention,SDS scores and scores of factors of somatization,depression,anxiety and phobias of SCL 90 of intervention group cases Conclusion:Psychological intervention can effectively improve the depression state of patients undergoing MHD. were all lower than that of the control group.There were significant statistical differences between then(P <0.05).关键词
