杭州市社区护士院前急救培训现状及需求调查
Survey of status quo and needs of pre hospital emergency training of community nurses in Hangzhou city

Abstract
To know about the status quo and needs of pre hospital emergency training of community nurses in Hangzhou.Methods:By using the convenience sampling method,a total of 269 community nurses from 5 main urban areas in Hangzhou city were selected as the objects.Self designed questionnaires were used to in-vestigate the basic situation,the status quo of participating in pre hospital emergency training,the investigation of knowledge and skills mastering and needs of pre hospital emergency.Results:89.6% respondents participa-ted in the pre hospital emergency related training during the community work,but the interval was longer.The training source was based on the business training organized by the hospitals.Training teachers mainly inchuded the community nurses and clinical nurses.Special training and medical cooperation training were the main train-ing forms.Operation demonstration and theoretical lecture were the main teaching methods.Community nur-ses’self evaluation on the pre hospital emergency knowledge and skills mastering was not high,but the level of demands was generally high.Conclusion:The pre hospital emergency training of community nurses in Han-gzhou should be improved aiming at the shortage of the present situation,and to establish a systematic and standardized pre hospital emergency training program for community nurses combined with mastery and de-mand of community nurses to the knowledge and skills of pre hospital emergency.关键词
