Abstract
Objective:the application of simplified OSCE in the prejob training assessment for comprehensive and accurate evaluation of the clinical thinking and ability of new nurses,to provide guidance for the improvement of clinical nursing teaching.Methods:Through the formation of the experts group,the preparation of standardized case base,trainer standardized patients,developing assessment plan and designing evaluation scenarios,settirs up the assessment form,effect evaluation and appraisal feedback,a simplified OSCE assessment model was formed applicable to the pre job training assessment.Results:New nurse scored less in nursing assessment site than document writing and practical operation.81.22% new nurses thought that the exam had great help for promo-tion of their comprehensive ability.Conclusion:The simplified OSCE examination can shorten the gap between training and clinical practice,and has provided the clear guidance for teachers to cultivate the ability of new nur-ses and new nurses self promotion to promote the improvement of teaching quality.关键词
