摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of secreted protein acidic and rich in cysteine( SPARC) ,P53 and vascular endo-thelial growth factor( VEGF) in glioma,and to explore their correlation and clinical significance. Methods The immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of SPARC,P53 and VEGF in 90 cases of different pathological grading of gliomas and 30 ca-ses of tumor adjacent tissues. Results ①The positive expression rates of VEGF, P53 were significantly higher in gliomas than in tumor adjacent brain tissues,respectively(VEGF:75. 56% vs 20. 00%,P53:68. 89% vs 0),but the positive expression rate of SPARC was lower in glioma than in tumor adjacent brain tissues(24. 44% vs 80. 00%,P<0. 01).②The positive expression rate of SPARC re-duced with the increase of glioma malignant degree(P<0. 05). And the survival rate was not statistically different between SPARC-pos-itive and SPARC-negative patients.③The positive expression rate of VEGF increased with the increase of glioma malignant degree( P<0. 01), and there was no statistical significance in the survival rate between VEGF-positive and VEGF-negative patients.④The positive expression rate of P53 had no statistical significance in different tumor pathologic gradings. The survival rate was statistically significant between positive and negative patients. ⑤In glioma tissues, the expression of P53 were positively correlated with the expression of VEGF,while the expression of SPARC was negatively correlated with the expression of P53 and VEGF. Conclusion ①The positive expression rate of SPARC is significantly lower in glioma than in tumor adjacent tissues.②The downregulation of SPARC expression and the upregulation of P53 and VEGF expression may be related to the occurrence,development and prognosis of glioma.关键词
