摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the value of percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography( PTC) in the diagnosis of hepatobiliary muti-nous cystadenoma( HMC) . Methods The clinical data of 10 HMC patients from January 2004 to June 2014 were analyzed retrospec-tively,including clinical manifestation,imaging and PTC features. Results MRI and CT results of 10 cases showed part of dilated bile capillary and common bile duct,and no obvious space-occupying lesion. The PTC of 6 cases showed the common bile duct incomplete imaging or no imaging,but the imaging was seen after the Jelly substance was pumped out. Conclusion The hepatobiliary mucinous cystadenoma has specific manifestation of PTC,which is valuable in the diagnosis.关键词
