Abstract
The department of Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine in Anhui University of Chinese Medicine (five years undergraduate) actively explore the peculiar specialty construction road,considering cultivating innovative talents of high quality in the integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine as its duty and mission. Positive exploration and practice in many aspects have been performed and have achieved initial results,including innovating the mode of talent cultivation,strengthening the con-struction of teachers ’ team, deepening the teaching reform, creating the innovative practice teaching system, enhancing the practice teaching,and establishing the perfect supervision management and incentive mechanism.关键词
