基础医学硕士新生培养策略探讨
Discussion about the training strategy of first-year postgraduates in basic medical science
摘要
Abstract
The development of basic medical science is inseparable from the training of postgraduate students, but there are a variety of problems for postgraduates in the course of training, especially during the first year, such as learning without an aim and poor hands-on ability and self-discipline. To solve these problems,schools should conduct public technology platform courses and seminars about hot research topic;instructors should increase their communication with postgraduate students, carry out one-on-one responsibility system and give students material and spiritual rewards;and postgraduate students should be directed to have a precise purpose, make a train-ing plan and learn to study.关键词
