Abstract
Ab tsract: As the development of multidisciplinary integrated medical experimental courses , it is vital to have a high quality technical team with compound technical and managerial abilitie.Based on improvement of morality and qualifications, this paper discusses ways to establish a professional technical team, through the trainings on research work, management, and multidisciplinary technical study, in which each member is a generalist on technology, management after working in different laboratories in turn.关键词
