医学检验本科专业人才培养模式改革探讨
Exploration of cultivation professionals in four-year system of medical undergraduates
摘要
Abstract
It is a major part of medical education to cultivate the ability of medical undergraduates with the development of medical laboratory specialty changed to four years in our country.On the basis of analysis on current situation and the Outstanding Docimaster Training Plan, this paper explores the best mode to solve the current problems through adjustments of teaching plan, strengthening of the construction of teaching materials, reform of the theory teaching and enhancement of the experimental teaching.It is concluded that the cultivation mode has potential benefits to train the students of four-year system of medical undergraduates.关键词
