摘要

Abstract

The flipped classroom education model,reserving class time for interactive knowledge application,has become a leading strategy to facilitate the transition from passive to active and more integrated learning. In effect,the educator' s role shifts from the teach-er of information to facilitator of learning and puts forward a new planning and positioning in the teaching activity in many aspects. Based on clinical teaching practice,this paper explores the ways to realize the role transformation of teachers and tries to determine the effectiveness of flipped classroom in medical education, so as to provide references for improving medical education and finding out the strategies for teachers' role transformation.
