芦荟凝胶对大鼠II度放射性皮炎创面愈合部位新血管生成及VEGF、VEGFR表达的影响

Abstract
Objective:To study the aloe gel on on angiogenesis of wound healing in rats with II radiation dermatitis and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and its receptor (VEGFR) .Methods :To establish the 10% II radiation dermatitis models in rats back with 6MeV electronic line ,the preparation of Aloe gel . The experimental rats were divided into two groups :wound healing group (control group) and the wound coated with aloe group (experimental group) .HE staining was used to observe the wound neovascularization ;immunohis-tochemistry staining ,by image analysis ,was used in studying the expression of VEGF and VEGFR in wound tis-sues ,2 ,6 ,10 ,18 24D after injury were measured .Results :The number of microvessels in the experimental group was significantly higher than those in the control group after injury 10 ,18 ,24d in the wound tissue (P<0 .05);the ex-pression of VEGF ,VEGFR in experimental group and in control group from second day to 24 days after injury in wound tissue were all increased gradually ,while the expression of VEGF ,VEGFR in experimental group from tenth to 24 days after injury ,were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion:Aloe gel can im-prove the expression of VEGF ,VEGFR in radioactive dermatitis wound tissue ;promote the angiogenesis ;increase lo-cal blood circulation ;promote wound healing .关键词
