摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of CD34+ in PMF and ET . Methods :Using immunohistochemical staining to test the expression and clinical significance of CD34 in PMF and ET .Results :The CD34+ cells were highly expressed in PMF and ET than contrast ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0 .05);The CD34+ cells were expressed in PMF and ET’s bone marrow tissue ,there was no statisti-cally significant difference (P>0 .05) .Conclusion:The CD34+ cells may be not associated with MPN occurrence , development relationship ,The transformation between the not necessarily linked .关键词
