CD38＋细胞在急性髓细胞白血病骨髓组织中的表达研究

Abstract
Objective:Discussion on the CD38+ cells in acute myelogenous leukemia bone marrow tissue and its clinical significance .Methods :The immunohistochemical staining method ,the detection of acute myeloid leu-kemia patients untreated and complete remission after chemotherapy expression of CD 38+cells in bone marrow biop-sies .Results :30 cases of acute myeloid leukemia in untreated group ,the positive expression of CD38+ in bone mar-row cells was significantly higher than that in the same patients in complete remission group ,the difference was sta-tistically significant (P<0 .05) .Conclusion:CD38+ cell and acute myelogenous leukemia occurrence ,development and prognosis of relationship .关键词
