摘要

Abstract

Objective :To investigate of sodium hyaluronate on the prevention of postoperative perito-neal adhesions .Methods:60 rats were randomly divided into group A (trauma group) ,group B (trauma+ sodium hyaluronate group) ,group C (control group) ,the establishment of animal models ,respectively ,on postoperative day 1 ,3 ,5 ,7 the animals were sacrificed .To observe adhesions and extent of the TGF-β1 expression detected by immunohistochemistry SABC method .Results :① In addition to the group C ,postoperative formation of abdominal adhesions ,the adhesion score of group A after 1 ,3 days no significant difference 3 ,5 ,7 days a significant difference between the adhesion score ;②1 ,3 ,5 ,7 days in group B ,adhesion grading was no significant difference ,Group B , 5 ,7-day adhesion scores were significantly lower adhesion score of Group A at the same time point .③ TGF-β1 ex-pression in group B lower in group A ,A and B of TGF-β1 expression was significantly higher than control group . Conclusions :The critical period of peritoneal adhesion formation is 3-7 days after the operation ;Sodium hyaluronate can be reduced to the extent of postoperative peritoneal adhesions and can inhibit the healing process of damaged tis-sue excess of TGF-β1 synthesis and expression .
