硒含量对大鼠心肌表观遗传因子的作用分析
Effects of selenium on regulation of TLR2,ICAM1,Gadd45 αexpression in myocardial cells of rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the selenium keshan disease epigenetic may impact mechanism .Methods :Using RT-PCR and Western blot analysis ,study of selenium content on the myocardial cell TLR2 ,ICAM1 ,epige-netic regulation of Gadd45 alpha and gene expression regulation mechanism .Results :With the selenium content in-creased ,the expression level of add45α,TLR2 expression decreased ,TLR2 promoter Zi Jiaji level will gradually in-crease .Conclusion:The expression of selenium can inhibit the abnormal DNAdemethylation and TLR2 ,ICAM1 , thereby protecting rat myocardial avoid inflammatory injury .关键词
